The weekend was pretty average. I didn’t feel too well, so didn’t do much. I spent two hours on the phone Sunday with the stupid turbotax people because their software didn’t know how to tell me where it was getting this $942 in property sales from when I didn’t sell any property. Their support people aren’t so bright either. It’s a long story, with a happy ending in which I get Turbotax Deluxe for free and I eventually find out where the extra money is coming from, so it wasn’t a complete waste of time.<\/p>\n
Speaking of money :) I Got my bonus today. And then they took half out for taxes, yay! Well, not quite half because it’s a little less than half and 6% goes to my 401k, but still, it’s a lot and it makes me want to cry.<\/p>\n
And now this is the part of the blog where I reveal my secret plans. My friend and I are starting a new blog. I’m working on the design at the moment which actually, is almost turning out as well as I planned. Hey, it works in IE6, without any hacks, whee! It should be up within a couple of weeks. You all will think I’m crazy, but I don’t care, it’ll be fun. It’s more like a personal scrapbook for me than anything else.<\/p>\n
–edit– LOL, check out the comment from the turbotax guy. I’m guessing he searched for stupid TurboTax on google? Talk about above and beyond. I’m impressed.<\/p>\n
