For those of you who aren’t my facebook or twitter buddies, I was in an accident last week. Some timing, right? I thought the car in front of me was going to go through the yellow, it stopped instead, my car did not. Teenage driver with his mom in the car, of course he stopped at the yellow.<\/p>\n
Their car wasn’t so bad. Mine is leaking coolant and needs the front bumper and hood replaced. But as you all know, it wasn’t in good shape before the accident either. That check engine light was still on, still all rusted and it still had issues accelerating, and breaking apparently…<\/p>\n
I was going to buy a new car that weekend anyway, and I did. Of course I was out my $3000-4000 trade-in, but I had enough money for a good certified used Honda. 2008 is a year older than I wanted, but it has very few miles.
