Yeah, I don’t get paid for being on call. I only get paid if they call me. Just clearing that up :P But, yeah, they didn’t call, so I don’t get paid, lol. But I’d rather not have to work than to get paid anyway. I was sitting there bitting my nails, jumping every time I heard a loud noise, lol. I was so scared they’d call and I’d have no idea what to do and everyone would start yelling at me. But that didn’t happen, so it’s cool.
Saturday was Bryan’s birthday party. It was supposed to start at 1, his friends didn’t show up until after 4. Adi came at 1:30, but was only here for about an hour. We had a lot of fun though. Played Apples to Apples with Bryan’s custom cards :P I’ll post pics later.
Yesterday my parents came over. They brought my TV from my room at home, though I can’t use the DVD player because I don’t have the remote :(
Found out at work today that the class Maryam and I are supposed to take on Thursday and Friday doesn’t end until 6:30, so we can come in to work an hour later :D Yay for more sleep! Boo for having to stay late the day before Labor Day weekend, lol. Yay for not having to work Labor Day weekend. Or, ‘least I hope not. I refuse to, that’s just wrong.
LOL, if you thought I was the one who thought that you get paid just for being on call, nope, I knew that you don’t get paid until you actually work. But that’d be nice if you got paid for being on call! LOL!

Amen to that! I’d rather not work than get paid too. lol. Hope you don’t end up having to work Labor Day weekend. I agree in the wrongness of that. Ew.
