So, I just got my first haircut down here. Um, I’m going to be looking for a new hair place. I was in there for 20 minutes, the girl couldn’t even part my hair straight and well, it looks kinda grungy. But I guess you get what you pay for because it was only $18. I didn’t know it was one of those places. They had good reviews online. Seeing who their customers were, I’m not all that surprised. It isn’t the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. I’ve paid much more for worse, but she no longer works there.
I made an appointment for my eyes today too. I’ve been there before though. I like them. I like my eye insurance even more. ;)
I wrote a whole blog yesterday about how much I dislike Palin, but I don’t think I’m going to post it. I started rambling on about abortion and that’s not what it was supposed to be about. I just urge you all to research the candidates and vote for who YOU think would do a better job of running the country. And if you decide that person is McCain, just keep in mind how old he is and who would become president if something were to happen to him. McCain could be as bad as Bush, but I’m pretty sure she could be worse.
I just had a pretty bad hair cut too. I wanted side bangs, but she cut them straight across, and gave me those “regular” bags that come straight across your face. Bleh. Tacky, but hair grows – just not fast enough on my head. lol
Damn, you’re scarying(not sure on the spelling…) me about hair cuts! LOL, I may get one some time soon… Hmm, my haircuts have always been around $10… Yes, we get like $1 discount because it’s my aunt-in-law’s, but… The regular price is like $12 or so…
Wow, that’s great about your health insurance! Lucky you for getting insurance! I have to pay to get my eyes checked… =( Don’t remind me, I forgot about that part… =( LOL.
LOL, you know… I have not heard of ANYONE supporting McCain. LOL. Well, from this blog-o-sphere that I read, that is. LOL.
I would be so pissed if they messed up and sometimes I might refuse to pay. But I’ve yet to find a place that has left me utterly speechless. I hope it’s still fixable!
