So the working out in the morning this has been totally awesome so far, except my back cramped up a bit this morning and I’m not sure why. Could be because my workout yesterday was too intense, I was dehydrated or I didn’t warm up enough. Either way, it wasn’t so bad and it feels fine now. A small price to pay to keep my life a little more sane. Plus, I’ve been sleeping better. I was definitely getting too much sleep before. I naturally woke up before 7am yesterday and at 6:30 :O this morning. Don’t feel tired at all.

Work is completely overwhelming though. I feel like I’m doing a billion different things at once and it’s super humid and stuffy today. And the best part, Manoswita, the only other person working with me on the terrible response mapping crap, has to make an emergency trip to India. Roy better put someone else on this project. It was already too much when she was here and the interns don’t come for at least another month. Oh, and I have two interviews this week and Take Our Sons and Daughters to Work Day coming up at the end of the month and I have ONE volunteer to help out the day of X(

Then I gotta do stuff like call the cable company and beg them to give us a discount which I already know won’t work, get Bryan’s wireless account on my account, change home insurance companies, get these people to come back and inspect the AC, change my name on my passport, actually plan this trip to Italy, buy a frelling car … And I spent most of the day yesterday watching the Frasier marathon on the Hallmark channel. At least I finally bought a vacuum cleaner on Saturday. That was a big item on my todo that I put off way too long.

  1. Planning a trip to Italy?? When??

But man, your to-do list is super long. =( I hate it when that happens, having a billion things to do… Good luck… Hehe about a vacuum cleaner!!

    1. October? maybe. I’ll be pissed at my parents if I spend all that money to get a new passport and we end up not going anywhere

      1. I think I was preoccupied when I first commented because I was going to mention some other stuff too… But anyway, were you successful at getting a discount? You have a bundle, right? Well, hope you’ll be able to go to Italy!!!!

  2. I’d love to visit Italy someday, my grandparents are from there.

You have a lot on your plate, I see and I hope that you’re not overworking yourself!

Yesterday was really hot, I was a tad annoyed… only when I had to be outside, though. The office is usually cool all day.

  3. I’m glad you’ve been sleeping better, I need to do that! I’m trying to get more sleep and sleep earlier as well. :)

Good luck with the two interviews. I hope work gets less stressful. Sounds like you have a lot of stuff to do but just take it one task at a time and I’m sure you’ll get it done!

  4. What is this response mapping stuff? whatever it is, sounds terrible. You should ask Roy to put more people.
Manoswita is going on an emergency trip to India? Hope things are fine for her.

  5. Btw, last month we called up the cable company to stop service and they offered us good discount, if we continue their service. You could try that :)

  6. Yes, time management is one of the hardest things to manage. Ugh. Sounds like you are doing well though. I mean you’re working out AND sleeping better!! That’s wonderful. I’m glad you finally bought a vacuum. We have one but I admit it’s rarely used because we mostly have hardwood. Oh well.

  7. Time management is always difficult to get right.
Good on you for waking up in the morning and working out. I just can’t bring myself to wake up early — I’m not a morning person and already needing to wake up at 6am to get to the hospital is killing me.
