Adults Should Get Summers Off Too

The year is half over already. Can you believe it?? I’m getting married in six months!

The weblogic stuff is still causing issues at work. We’re going to be delivering to ST a week late. Mostly because Ruben is the one who has to fix everything and he’s on vacation the rest of the week. He didn’t want to sit next to me at the meeting yesterday. He said I was gonna yell at him, lol.

The stuff the dermatologist gave me seems to be working. The antibiotic is supposed to take at least three weeks to start working, so I assume it’s the topical. I don’t think it’s a permanent cure, but hopefully my skin will stay clear until January.

Saw Rachie and Carolyn on Saturday. Had lots of fun just hangin’ out and chatting. I don’t get to see my friends enough. I miss summer vacation.

  1. I still can’t believe that it is July 1 already. This year really did fly by. What is the stuff that the dermatologist give to you? I been breaking out recently =(. I really don’t get to see my friends too much either =(

    1. One’s a topical antibiotic + benzoyl peroxide, the other is an oral antibiotic. Mostly commonly prescribed stuff for acne.

    Anyways, glad to hear about your acne! =) Yeah, I don’t know if there is a permanent cure… If there is… I NEED IT! LOL!

    1. accutane is a permanent cure, but there’s some serious side effects, so usually it’s prescribed as a last resort.

      1. Oh! I actually think I saw that on this one MTV show where they had teens with acne on it! Hmm, yeah, that’s true about the side effects, but it does work… Oh well, I think I can live with my acne. It’s not THAT bad as the teens on that show… LOL.

  4. Just blog browsing and I found yours :) Congrats on your engagement, 6 months will be here before you know it! I loved summer vacations but as you get older they seem like they lose their magic. :( All my friends are working full time and I feel like a bum!
