It’s Like Christmas!

MY LAPTOP SHIPPED!!!!! Oh boy oh boy oh boy oh boy! YAYYYYY!!!!

Now that I got that out of my system…

I went back to the dermatologist. She said the antibiotics definitely aren’t working, so she gave me a slightly different one to try that’s cheaper and my stomach isn’t particularly fond of :-/ If it works, I’ll learn to live with it.

Saturday evening I went to Surbhi’s engagement party. It was pretty great. The food was was really good, too good. I ate way too much. All the women looked so pretty. Her family put on a skit about Surbhi and her fiance and they danced. Her family’s very talented. I have some pictures and hopefully Surbhi’ll post some more soon.

Bryan’s parents to us out to eat yesterday for his birthday. We got stuck in traffic because of the stupid bridge, so by the time we made it there we were starving. Bryan, his mom and I all ordered the seafood paella. I was the only one that finished it all. I didn’t even feel that stuffed after. I was very sleepy though and napped on the couch for a little too long. :-/

Work wasn’t too bad today. I think I have a handle on things for now. Shouldn’t be too bad until we get closer to experimental.

After work I went to David’s to practice our act for the picnic. We’re the only ones that signed up for the talent show, but that was expected. Bunch of party poopers. We picked out about four or five songs we can sing. We’ll see how that goes.

  1. I hope that this new antibiotic works for you. I know it stinks trying to find a medication that works for you. I’m currently going through the same thing for something else.

    I’m glad the engagement photo was nice! I’m glad you had a nice time and the food was good! That’s a nice photo!

    Yeah, I know what you mean when work gets hectic. I’m glad that it’s dying down for you now! =)
