Yay Cookies!

We started looking at houses in Sayreville Saturday. We saw three we really liked. We’ll probably look in Woodbridge next. Colonia and Iselin seem to have the best schools.

Someone is going to be 14 years old in a few weeks. Princess has gotten much better since her surgery. She’s also on new medication for her arthritis that seems to really help. She’s all tail waggy and jumpy again. And hungry, very hungry. She’s already gained back some of the weight she lost when she was sick. Yesterday morning, she came charging into the kitchen demanding to be fed. I gave her a little extra dry food, but that wasn’t enough. Buffy didn’t finish her breakfast, so Princess ate the rest.

Today was a very busy day. I went to work in the morning. Then to Old Bridge to pick up a copy of the marriage license. From there I went back to the apartment, made a copy for myself, and then went off to the SS office in Inselin. Waited about an hour, successfully got my last name changed, and then off to New Brunswick to see Carolyn perform. I was over an hour ahead of schedule, so I took a slight detour and went shopping for a bit. Saw a cute $5 dress on sale in my size. Got all excited until I tried it on. Not sure what kind of freaky shaped person that thing’s supposed to fit, but I assume that’s why it was only $5.

Back on the road again, I headed to Douglass. Missed my turn and wound up driving all over campus to get back to the same spot because I’m directionally challenged like that. I had plenty of time though. Carolyn was amazing as always :) This was the best thing I’ve been to though ’cause it was all her and no other boring peoples to have to sit through :P Oh, and free food after :D Yay cookies!
