I cut my hair. I couldn’t take it anymore. It looked terrible. Shorter hair is so much easier.
Friday we had Maryam’s baby shower. We ruined the surprise at the meeting the day before. We forgot she was on the call and started talking about it. Guanjone muted the phone, but it was a little too late. ‘Course Danny and Kevin spilled the beans a bit the day of, so it wouldn’t have been much of a surprise anyway. Though if she didn’t know, we may not have been able to get her to come. We went to the Mexican place, good food, gave her presies, she liked. Now I’ll be all alone for two months :(
Yesterday we went to Medieval Times for Helen’s birthday. I thought the food was actually pretty good. After we went to Helen’s and she made her yummy spinach and artichoke dip :D And Emily made very yummy cake too :D We watched Blind Fists of Bruce which was actually pretty funny.
We looked at houses again today. We think we know which one we’re going to put an offer on.
I cut my hair recently too. I like my hair shorter. It definitely is so much easier to manage. Looking at houses is so exciting! That is so cool you think you found one! I hope you get it!

I’m actually trying to grow my hair out. I think that I look better with longer hair, but I do prefer to have short hair. It’s a nexus, I’d say. My hair just takes so long to grow that if I want to get any length for any sort of special occasion that might be coming up in the next couple of years, I have to start now. Ugghhh the commitment when hair is involved…

What’s Medieval Times like? I imagined it as being a bit messy because I heard they discourage the use of eating utensils. Would a vegetarian/pescatarian enjoy it?? I’ve always wanted to go but thought I would have to eat a giant drumstick with my hands whie slamming it on a wood table at intervals of cheering. lol.
You do have to eat with your fingers unless you get the vegetarian meal, which our friend got and sounded absolutely delicious. I wish I actually got that instead, lol.
