Well, we went down to the apartment today and I signed the lease :D I also got to see the actual apartment I’ll be living in. It’s nicer than the one we saw. It also has an extra window because it’s on the corner. The patio overlooks the little grassy area and the parking lot. That’ll be nice in the winter because my car has the autostart thing, so I can start it and have it warm up from the comfort of my living room.
I also drove all the way home on the highway. Ooooh. And I didn’t kill us or anything. I really shouldn’t drive in platforms though. It’s kinda difficult to tell if your foot’s on the pedal good. On the other hand, my feet reach better that way :P
As for my cold. I went to the doctor Monday and he cleaned out my ear. As it turns out, I have an ear infection. An eye infection too. I’m on antibiotics, but I still can’t hear too well out of that ear. I also got these eye drops. I’m really bad at putting eye drops in. It says to put in two drops, but usually I get like 1 1/2, if that. I’ve gotten the drops all over my face though, lol.
I’ve been told by Krissy that we’re watching the muppets later on tonight. :D
Your apartment sounds nice. I bet you’re looking forward to moving in.
I’m the same way about driving in platforms. I’m too hard on the gas. lol.
Yay for the apartment! And especially the fact that you are in prime autostart range! Lol! It’s good that you’ve got some antibiotics now – did they say how long they’d take to get the job done??
