And I was sick! Only a teeny bit though. Had a sore throat yesterday, a little scratchy today, but otherwise I feel OK. Yay good immune system :D
Had the family birthday/house warming today. Everyone brought yummy food and we ate way too much :D Buffy had a good time. She’ll sleep well tonight.
I took off yesterday afternoon to clean, and well, because work was crazy this week. I needed a break. There’s this stuff about the wsdl, everyone wanted test cases and I have like 30 test cases this release, the SE didn’t realize there’s only like 10 out of 200 fields in the xsl, the system testers complained weblogic wasn’t working when they were pointing to a machine that didn’t exist yet, AWS needed the drain thing again, I got an intern and there’s this pre-audit stuff for our documentation that I totally didn’t do. X( We went out for Hibachi for lunch and I went home after that.
Oh, Maryam totally gave me the best office present ever though. She made the name tag of our old office into a mug. She said the guy at the mug place was totally confused, lol. It’s awesome.
I want to buy stuff. Lots of stuff. We need curtains, a rug, an entertainment unit, a dining room table, maybe some new clothes and exercise DVDs … but we have like $7000 worth of stuff we still need to do on the house including the new furnace/AC. That stuff can wait, but then there’s the mortgage, car insurance, electric, gas, water, cable, credit cards … At least we don’t have student loans! Thanks mommy and daddy!
