And two days of free food this week, woo hoo!
Monday I attended the Rutgers career fair. It wasn’t exactly crowded. I talked to maybe 20 students? Most were looking for internships. It was fun, but not really worth our time unfortunately.
Tuesday I worked … a lot. Mostly fixing issues from deployment Saturday and answering all sorts of questions. People were in and out of my office all day which is pretty unusual. At one point, there was a short line. To add to the craziness, I went to the dentist during lunch. Amazingly, I was in and out in less then half an hour. Best dentist office ever.
Today was pretty awesome. We went to the NDR exercise in King of Prussia, PA. I just got put on the NDR project so I’ve been reading boring documents the past few weeks. It’s more interesting to see this stuff in person. Plus, puppies! They showed off a couple of the search dogs. They were adorable! The one dog was crying out of jealousy while the other dog was running the course. :D
We came back a little early and went to Rekha’s place where she fed us yummy snacks. While she was cooking, Praveen, Ramya and I played some ping-pong … very badly. We chatted a bit and then it was time to go home.
Tomorrow’s gonna be another crazy day. I’m double booked for meetings already and that’s just the half of it.

Just kidding — sucks about the career fair. Ah well, you got out of the office.
I love ping pong!! I just wish that the ball would end up in a net instead of falling to the floor making me have to run after it — the less physical output, the more FUNNER!

Wow I don’t think I’ve ever had such a fast dentist visit! I could never schedule an appointment during lunch. Lucky!

Oh man, did you get promoted since you started there? Seems like you’re doing A LOT more things! Good luck surviving those meetings!!
